Brooke Gregson offers free worldwide delivery.

Please note all items must be signed for. Please ensure that you are able to sign for the package at the delivery address provided when placing your order.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 3 days using a next day delivery service. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with order details and courier information to allow you to track your parcel. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. If there is any unexpected delay with your order we will contact you promptly to keep you up-to-date with delivery.

Please note due to international trading agreements and regulations we must abide to certain shipping restrictions and are unable to ship fine jewellery to Saudi Arabia, Russia and China.

Brooke Gregson are not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance procedures in the country of destination or any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

RETURNS

If you aren't entirely happy with your order you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. 

Please make sure the product is not worn or damaged and include all original packaging.

Please note you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) once the goods are returned. Items that are custom made or to special order are non returnable nor refundable. You may have to provide your proof of purchase from Brooke Gregson in order to receive a refund.

If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return carriage. Please contact us in the first instance and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.

Should an item display a manufacturing fault it can be returned up to a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage not deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Items that are not faulty may be repaired at a charge dependant upon the costs of repair and return shipping.

Any items returned after the period stated above will be at the discretion of Brooke Gregson.

Refunds will be made within 14 days upon receipt of returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
