Refunds & Returns

We want you to love the jewelry you order from us. If you aren't entirely happy with your order you can return any item(s) except custom made goods (see below) within seven days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the item(s) less our delivery charge once the goods are returned.

All goods must be returned in their original condition including packaging to the address below. Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Brooke Gregson UK Ltd in order to receive a refund.

If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return carriage. Please contact us in the first instance at and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.

Should an item display a manufacturing fault it can be returned up to a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage not deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Items that are not faulty may be repaired at a charge dependant upon the costs of repair and return shipping.

Any returns returned after the period stated above will be at the discretion of Brooke Gregson UK Ltd.

Please note, that international custom charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Items that are custom made or to special order are non returnable nor refundable.

Refunds will be made within 30 days upon receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including VAT for all EU country shipments but excluding delivery charge. International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
